I'm still waiting for that day. We have a "rule" that you can't go to Europe unless you can walk on you own feet and carry your own bag. We regularly break that rule though ;)
I can't wait for my little guy to start carrying his own bags. Heck, I can't wiat to NOT have to travel with a carseat anymore. I've got a few more years to go though.

Most definitely! My kids are still young elementary but they can finally carry their own carry-on bags. :)
