I've always lived in a warm climate, so I had to laugh when I saw the amenities offered by this eating establishment in Zurich in the wintertime for customers who might venture to dine outside.
That's pretty much what we put down on the Ocean Lawn for guests at Montage in the evenings! Plus HEATERS! :) Congrats on the nomination for best blog! I voted for you!!
I don't like snow or cold weather either but those look so soft and comfy. Give me those, some overhead heaters and hot chocolate and I'm there 9especially if it's in Switzerland). Voted! Good luck!

DeleteWhoa. Now I could get into that for sure. I hate the cold but would venture a coffee outside with that many layers to keep me warm :-)
ReplyDeleteAll of the waterfront restaurants in Cape Town do this, too! I love that as I always want to sit outside but get cold easily.

Thank you so much for the comment and the VOTE!
DeleteI'm not a big fan of the cold either but it would be so much fun to wrap up in those blankets and sip a cup of hot chocolate!

DeleteHa. That's hilarious. I love it though ... it looks cosy.
ReplyDeleteWere there heat lamps also? That way you can be really toasty.
